have been a web designer for about 12 years. I have owned Pouncy Designs
for 5 years and worked in the government sector for 6 years. I have

I
used to work for the Seattle Public Utilities Web Team and was among the
first to do usability testing on City websites. When I started to work
on the Seattle Public Utilities Web Site, there were only about 700
pages and when I left, there were 5000 external pages and 8000 intranet
